HEY, SO DID YOU GUYS KNOW . . . that I kinda really love my mom? Today I decided to celebrate two of my favorite things (er, my mom's not a thing but it's just more cohesive to say that- anyways, moving on...): my mom and Bottega Louie! I treated my mom to a dinner because you know what- we as daughters should do this more often.
By now, you've seen Bottega Louie quite a lot on my blog- no? Maybe just once then. I go every couple of months just because it's quite nice to go out into the city and gaze at the comely desserts, although to be honest I've never really understood all the hype of macarons (what Bottega's bakery is famous for) other than their aesthetic appeal. I've had macarons every visit to Bottega and this time we both skipped out on them and saved a couple (more like twenty) dollars. I didn't even snap a photo of those little over-hyped hamburgers.
