Somebody mixed my medicine

Yesterday I did some pit photography for Warped Tour in Pomona. I used to love Warped Tour and its lineup but I guess, as time progresses, my music taste evolves quite vastly. The only band I actually listened to that I shot for was Set Your Goals. I shot The Cab, Never Shout Never, The Summer Set, Hey Monday, Set Your Goals, VersaEmerge, and The Pretty Reckless. Taylor Momsen's manager kicked out all press back, front, and sidestage so we weren't allowed to take pictures of her upclose. My guess is this is because of that whole tampon string scandal, but to put it bluntly, it's not our fault that she doesn't wear enough clothes. She was by far the most apathetic and not interactive performer on the tour. Other than that, it was an overall great experience. It was my first time being upfront and personal with these bands and for free too! Check out more photography at my flickr.

I recently downloaded M.I.A's new album and it's all I've been really listening to. Some of my favorites are Born Free, Lovalot, and It Takes A Muscle.
